It depends how and why and how  you want to shrink them. To email? - to print? Shrink the size of the actual picture, or just the size of the file (by compressing them)? Do you want to permanently shrink, or just temporarily for emailing?

We answer these types of questions at the Albox Computer Club - every Friday 10:00 Bar Rumores, Albox.

If you want to shrink on a one-off basis for emailing - right click on the picture, choose Send to - Mail Recipient, and a wizard will start which asks if and how you want to shrink the picture.

I have downloaded PhotoResize 400 and have an icon on my desktop. I just pick up the photo and drop it on the icon to resize it.  Must be easy if I can do it!!   roll

Dot
Just a small thing I do when resizing is after getting the image to the required size I 'save as........' giving the resized imnage a new name thereby protecting the original image size
